I offer a 12 week Weight Loss Programme which I call "The Last Weight Management Plan You Will Ever Need"

This service is a combination of my Nutrition Consultation and My Health&Wellness Coaching services, all adapted for weight loss. 

During these 12 weeks, you will follow your personalised nutrition plan to help you lose weight, this plan is based on wholefoods and healthy nutrition.

Your food plan will help curb those sugar cravings, encourage healthier cooking options, help you be confident with what constitutes a balanced diet for you, and how to move away from processed food, refined grains and refined sugar. 

The diet plan will be divided in 3 phases:

  • The focus of the first month is detox.

  • The second phase is the weight loss phase and will last until you reach your goals

  • The third phase, will help you learn how to achieve sustainable and balanced nutrition so you can maintain your weight and health.

Your plan will always be tailored to your food preferences or allergies ( dairy free, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, meat eater, pescatarian)

Along with our focus on nutrition, we will also focus on your Health&Wellness in general to explore lifestyle options to encourage healthier and long lasting changes.

​Following the same process I use during my coaching sessions, we will learn about your lifestyle, identify the areas of your life that brings you happiness and the ones you would like to improve. 

These 12 weeks will not only help you achieve your weight loss goal but will reveal your potential, transform your health and your well-being by bringing some concrete, long lasting changes to your life.
